Features of the disease

General rules

The main purpose of nutrition is to reduce stomach irritability, irritation and inflammation. Food is prepared in the most gentle way possible. That is, all dishes are served to the patient only in a mushy form. The amount of food for each meal is limited, and the number of meals, on the contrary, is increased up to 6 times.

Fats and proteins in the diet are reduced to the lowest possible physiological norm. Salt is excluded or limited as much as carbohydrates. The nutritional value of the diet does not exceed 1900 kcal. Fat per day should not exceed 90 g, carbohydrates up to 200 g, proteins up to 80 g.

Recommended for use semolina mucous porridge, chicken in the form of mashed potatoes, steam soufflé from meat. Eggs are possible, but always in the form of an omelet or soft-boiled, and no more than 2 pieces throughout the day. Creamy, vegetable oil can only be added to food, it is forbidden to use it in its pure form.

Dishes from cereals are possible, but it is better to cook them in milk, only barley porridge is banned. You can make desserts, juices from berries and fruits, but be sure to dilute them with water in a 1: 1 ratio.

Any bakery products and bread are completely banned, fried foods, spicy and fatty foods, snacks, spirits, especially alcohol, are prohibited. Sauces, spices, vegetable juices and dishes are banned.

Allowed Products

Despite the fact that esophagitis is associated with the stomach, the patient is still allowed a lot of food. The diet is based on food that acts like an alkali, namely:

  • boiled soups with cereals;
  • fish and meat soufflé;
  • dairy and vegetable soups;
  • fish, low-fat varieties, for example, carp, pike perch or hake;
  • from meat you can turkey, chicken and beef;
  • White bread;
  • apples and pears;
  • crackers;
  • boiled potatoes, cooked in the oven;
  • egg omelet, souffle;
  • carrots, beets;
  • vegetables in the form of porridge;
  • dairy products, but always with low fat content, namely yogurt, milk and kefir.

Any spices and salt are minimized. From drinks allowed jelly, tea, always with the addition of milk, a decoction of rose hips, compotes, herbal infusions. It is recommended to drink mineral water, which helps to reduce stomach acidity.

Fully or partially limited products

First of all, if you have this type of disease, you will have to give up any fried foods. You cannot eat fresh baked goods and bread. Sour fruits, namely citrus fruits, pineapple and kiwi, are banned. From vegetables, you should not eat those that cause increased gas production:

  • radish;
  • artichoke;
  • cabbage;
  • radish;
  • bow.

The ban includes salty and pickled dishes, dairy products. Jam and honey, purchased sauces and juices, nuts are prohibited. There can be no question of drinking carbonated drinks and drinks with caffeine, fast food . You can not eat garlic, legumes.
