Proper nutrition is the key to good health

Everyone knows that health “comes from within”, that is, proper nutrition is our everything. You can do physical education, use expensive creams, but if you eat “anyhow”, there will be no lasting effect. The effect will be only external and short-lived.  

The question of how proper nutrition affects the body is of interest to both scientists and ordinary people. What are its principles?  

What do we have for lunch?

The first thing you should pay attention to is the provision of food intake in accordance with age standards, no more. Accustoming the stomach to absorb large volumes is easy, but getting rid of this addiction is very difficult.

Should I Become a Vegetarian or Continue to Eat Meat? Perhaps, after all, it makes no sense to completely abandon the use of meat products, since they provide protein in the body. And this is building material for cells. The ban applies only to fatty meat.

Breakfast must be present in the diet of every person at any age. And in the morning it is better to eat either a plate of porridge (buckwheat, oatmeal, rice) in water or milk, or low-fat cottage cheese. It is undesirable to eat scrambled eggs with bacon or fried potatoes with meat for breakfast.

Those who really want proper nutrition to become the norm will not refuse a snack between breakfast and lunch. Some time after the morning meal, you can eat an apple, banana, yogurt, drink a cup of freshly brewed tea with prunes.  

In no case can not refuse a full meal. For lunch, a small plate of chicken soup or lean borscht is perfect, for the second – chicken or fish with a side dish. But it is better to drink tea a little later, after about an hour and a half.

Proper nutrition, in fact, is not so much a diet as a uniform, balanced use of products without sudden jumps in the amount of food or a frequent change in diet. In everything it is better to adhere to the golden mean.

Therefore, for those who do not want to recover, it is enough to simply reduce portions so that they leave the table not completely full. This applies to breakfast, and lunch, and dinner.

By the way, dinner is also not worth giving up. It is only necessary to exclude meat products from it (they are longer digested), sweets and cakes, and exchange them for vegetable salads (fruit salads as an option), plus a glass of kefir (without bread and sugar).

About diets: not only good

Now in a few words you can touch on the topic of diets – who nevertheless need them, how long you can observe, what are the benefits and harms. A diet for weight loss is needed for those whose weight goes beyond the norm – an indisputable fact. Medical diets are designed to perform slightly different tasks, so you need to adhere to a certain diet only as directed by doctors. In any case, the big mistake would be:

– Compliance with any diet without consulting a doctor;

– Compliance with the selected diet longer than recommended;

– a sharp return after the diet to the previous lifestyle.

Moreover, you can harm your body if, for example, you adhere to a protein diet for kidney diseases. In diabetes mellitus, experimenting with fashionable diets is generally prohibited. Some diets can trigger the passage of stones from the bile duct and blockage of the bile ducts. There is no doubt that proper, fractional nutrition , which does not allow long periods of fasting, is necessary for a person suffering from diseases of the stomach.   

Remember! A person is able in many ways not only to maintain a good state of his own health and increase the chances of longevity, but also to “keep in check” many diseases. And you just need to be careful about what his breakfast, lunch and dinner consist of. Be healthy!
