Honey of any kind has a huge number of useful, even healing properties that make it an indispensable product for winter nutrition. Honey contributes to an immediate rush of blood, saturates the body with energy, and, of course, strengthens the immune system.
One fairly common way to warm up quickly, for example, involves the following recipe. It is necessary to brew fresh and strong black tea, which allows you to warm up much faster than green. In order to prepare mustard on honey, it is necessary to dilute the mustard powder with hot water in a small container to the consistency of a light cream. To taste, add salt and a couple of teaspoons of natural liquid honey to the mass, mix everything thoroughly. Wrap the container tightly with polyethylene and insist for one night. Then put the mustard in the refrigerator.
